Mr. Tabjeel Ashraf is a transportation and logistics specilaist, policy advisor, organizational leader, project manager and an engineer. He is working with National Highway Authority, Government of Pakistan as Director. He teaches in Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) as an adjunct faculty. He teaches as a Professor of Practice in Bahria University, Islamabad. He also works as an independent consultant in the area of supply chain management, logistics management, highway engineering, transportation planning and engineering, project management and procurement management. 

Mr. Tabjeel has done his Master of Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. He has completed another post graduate training in the Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He has done his Master of Project Management from COMSATS University (CUI), Islamabad, Pakistan. He has done his MS in Transportation Engineering and B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan. He is PMP & RMP certified from PMI, USA and Prince®2 Professional certified from EXLOS, UK. 

His expertise and research areas include Last Mile Transportation, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Transport Routing, Freight Pricing and Costing, Transportation & Logistics Policy, Warehouse Operations, Network Design, Facility Location Optimization, Risk Management, Project Management, Process Reengineering and Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, Machine Learning & Deep Learning, Optimization and Simulations. 

He is a member of many prestigious organizations and professional societies and works as member of Corporate Advisory Committees of different universities.
