Public policy stands at the helm of civic affairs, paving the path for inclusive, democratic, and sustainable societies. Understanding the interaction of public policy with business is a prerequisite for impactful growth, especially in developing countries where governance and socioeconomic systems still have room for innovation. The development and implementation of a public policy approach has taken centre stage in government, business, and start-ups around the world. Capitalising on the tangible impacts of governance, growth and innovation requires an intense, rich understanding of the intersection between business and policy. Mere analytic solutions are no longer sufficient to reshape the future of the public arena. The Master of Science in Business and Public Policy (BPP) seeks to deliver a change-making combination that catalyses organisational and social value creation.

The MS BPP programme is rooted in business fundamentals in order to nurture critical thinking abilities and instil a mind set for growth. Core courses are complemented with specialised courses that dissect the current dimensions of policy formulation, analysis and design. They analyse the dynamic nature of policymaking from an economic and social perspective.
