Sign Up for the CBS Ambassadors for Change Programme 2021!

With summer just around the corner, the Centre for Business and Society (CBS) brings you an exciting opportunity to give back to society and create an impact – through the CBS Ambassadors for Change Programme Chapter Two: Virtual Coaching Edition.

In collaboration with The Citizens Foundation (TCF), CBS is recruiting student volunteers who will act as English and Math Learning Coaches to facilitate an e-learning platform for alumni of TCF schools. This programme aims to help TCF alumni prepare for admission in tertiary education and target TCF alumni who have passed their Matric up until their second-year Intermediate exams.

The Learning Coaches will facilitate TCF alumni in their learning by interacting with their designated students and facilitating guidelines/manual for both English and Math. Their responsibilities will include encouraging students to complete their weekly assigned tasks by using the course tracker, tracking student attendance and engagement with the application, monitoring student progress, holding counselling hours, and grading.

This is a voluntary, unpaid role
Students from all schools and years are eligible to apply.
You have the option of selecting which subject and ADP Level you want to volunteer for. You will be expected to be online for the specific time required depending on the ADP Level.
