SDSB Hosts Alumni Lunch in Karachi to Strengthen Community Ties
On January 18, the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) hosted an alum lunch in Karachi, bringing together a small group of Karachi-based alumni and SDSB faculty for an informal afternoon of reconnection and conversation.
The gathering was attended by SDSB Dean, Dr M. Adeel Zaffar, Executive MBA Programme Director, Dr Ghulam Ali Arain, and MS Supply Chain and Retail Management Programme Director, Dr Attique ur Rehman. The lunch provided a relaxed setting for meaningful dialogue, allowing alums and faculty to exchange perspectives and reconnect beyond the classroom.
Discussions during the session touched on ongoing developments at the School, evolving industry realities, and the important role SDSB’s Karachi alumni continue to play in strengthening the School’s wider community and professional networks. Alumni shared reflections from their respective sectors, offering perspectives on how industry needs are changing and how continued alumni engagement can meaningfully contribute to SDSB’s academic mission and outreach efforts.
SDSB remains deeply grateful to its alumni for their time, insights, and continued engagement, and values these opportunities to foster lasting connections across its alum community.
